Worst ever

Way too expensive. Really crappy amenities. Hope you enjoy noise because you will hear every single thing from every neighbor around you – there’s even a clause in the lease that you have to have 80% of the apartment carpeted, on your dime, of course, to try to mitigate some of the noise. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work. management almost never responds to anything and is rarely in the office.

Amazing Team

The team at Vermella Crossing has been amazing to work with. Caitlin, Jonathan and Andrew are truly professionals in their field. They provided us with superb customer service and fantastic follow up. We are excited to start our new lives here and thankful that the leasing process was smooth. New community

This is a brand new community and at the time of writing (Sep 2015) they are still constructing new buildings. Leasing process was very smooth and the staff were helpful.
I rented a 2BBA and it was perfect for us. The stainless steel appliances and the hardwood floor styling looks modern and the wife loves the kitchen countertop. I have so far had 1 maintenance request and it was addressed the same day.
Apartment has garages for rent which is not something i have seen in other apartments in this… area. Parking spots are not free, they charge a small monthly amount.
10 mins drive to Harrison/Newark PATH station is a great convenience for commute to work in NYC. West Hudson park is nearby and it is great place for jogging.
