Fairway Villas

I've been living here almost three years and have never had any issues. I put in a few maintenance requests and they were addressed in a timely manner. I get a lot of compliments from people on how big and spacious my apartment is. I live upstairs so I have the cathedral ceilings which is nice. They keep up on the landscaping and snow removal. It's a quiet complex. I have enjoyed my time here.

Been here about a year and I am very happy with my 1 bd apartment. Really spacious apartment , it’s pretty quiet for the most part, you hear your neighbors at times but it’s apartment buildings so it’s expected . Had 2 small issues in the beginning 1) the washer stopped working 2) carpet smell of previous tenants pets but both issues were taken cared of immediately which was great ! Definitely recommend

Do not waste your money here. The staff and maintenance are absolutely horrendous, rude, and condescending. Maintenance is included in rent yet you literally have to fight with people to get anything done because absolutely nothing here constitutes a problem actually worth being fixed in a timely manner. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in, in my life! And if the complex isn’t bad enough just wait until you have to drive through the surrounding community!

I don't know who wrote the previous reviews, but they must all live on the second floor where it doesn't sound like the ceiling is going to cave in with every step. These apartments have no noise insulation at all! I can hear what goes on in the upstairs apartment diagonal from me. It's great that there's a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, but the honest truth it that they're probably older than me and on their last leg.Everything is outdated! This is honestly the worst apartment that I EVER lived… in and I can't wait to move!! Plus it's in Lakewood, have fun not getting into a car accident, LOL! Read More
