Leonia Manor is an apartment community in Leonia, NJ
OK now - worried about future The new Tenant/Homeowner Portal Terms of Service of March 25, 2026 for the Ridgetop AppFolio app does not make me feel good about Ridgetop. These new terms of service have conditions that we (the renter) are responsible for the accuracy of the new AI features that are deployed (see Section 8.4, accuracy of the AI agent). This is worrying as it seems to signal Ridgetop is planning to remove humans from the management of its properties. My experience with AI is that... when it is introduced, the quality of customer service drops quickly.
If a human being is reading this, I hope your job is not on the line, and Ridgetop will continue to provide quality local property management with real humans in Leonia, New Jersey.

Bad facility issues every winter & cockroach Every winter has radiator and hot water heater issues. And continues cockroaches every months.
