Very good complex

I've been living here for about 6 years now. It's honestly the best apartment complex I've lived in thus far. I have had several friends over and they tell me that it's much larger than they expected. Maintenance crew is super quick/friendly to respond to your needs and repairs. Pool is very nice and no extra fees! Apartments have a garage that does not cost extra and long enough to act as additional storage. But lets be honest... we do live in a flood zone so I recommend those metal shelving… units in your garage and keep most things off the floor of the garage if a hurricane or something significant is on the way. Jude and her management team have never let me down. This is also a great community for pets (we have a mid-size dog). My wife and I have made friends with numerous neighbors and even have dinner with a few of them on occasion. We are happy here and don't plan to be moving any time soon.

Great neighborhood

Beaverbrook Gardens is a great apartment community. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Apartments are well tended to and maintenance staff is quick to make any repairs or correct any issues that may arrise. Complex has a large pool open during summer months that is well maintained.

Great Place to Live

Great place to call Home! Jude and her staff all live on site and maintain the grounds and amenities like a 5 star Hotel!
I love living here..
We live right in the middle of town.. you can walk to everything..bars..restaurants..
The train and bus to the city are at your doorstep.. every apartment comes with a garage ..rents are affordable..area is the safest place I’ve ever lived./.
I’ve been here for over 25 years and I don’t think I’ve ever even locked my garage door…
You can walk your dog at… 1:00 in the morning and never feel unsafe …
You’ll love living here!.

New Beginnings

When my daughter and I were looking for an apartment, we had just lost my son. My niece suggested to call Beaver Brook. The next morning I did and I received a call back from Jude. Immediately I could tell it was a place I wanted to explore. The apartment was being renovated when I looked at it but it was easy to see what it would be like. I made the decision that night. The next day Jude got things rolling and we moved in on March 28. We have been very happy here and feel it is a new start.… The apartment and complex is lovely. Sitting on my porch on a weekend morning with a cup of coffee the best. Looking forward to the pool opening and enjoying my weekends there. Check it out you won’t be disappointed. Irene & Deanna

Beaverbrook Gardens

I have lived here for a few years and it’s very enjoyable. My neighbors are always willing to help out when needed. The office staff lead by Jude is accommodating and the door is always open when I have stopped down to ask a question. Julio and the maintenance department is on top of things and immediately respond to even the smallest issue at our apartment.
