Luxury Living in Linden
I've been here for a few months now and I love it! My apartment is HUGE: tall ceilings, spacious rooms, nice views. I enjoy all of the amenities: rooftop access, gym, private parking and the community room. Jesi, was super friendly and accommodating.
There are a few minor issues that I've encountered: Maintenance requests do take a little long and he requires a Spanish translator, you can hear the neighbors above you and I have seen some stragglers roaming around due to the bus stop being... located in front of the building. I've never had an issue with rodents or flies.
Despite that, the building is pretty secure, I've never felt unsafe and the neighbors are pretty friendly. We all have a responsibility as tenants to make sure that the environment remains clean and safe. That's not a maintenance/management issue.

Great Experience
My time at citivillage has been a pleasant experience so far. Even with some changes in management over the recent months they have been able to maintain a safe living environment and an overall clean building. It’s up to us tenants to do our part and help maintain a safe and clean environment. I have not had any apartment issues. I would def recommend to anyone trying to save some money and have a spacious apartment.

Disgusting
The apartment is covered in flies inside both alive and dead, the hallways always reek due to people chain smoking cigarettes and weed, the trash chute is always clogged and the residents are loud and crazy with the police coming numerous times. There also happens to be numerous car accidents in front of the building with 2 of them crashing into the building and 2 catching fire. Maintenance is unresponsive and may come once to check out the problem and say they’ll come back later that day but... never do. All the appliances are new but never work or are constantly breaking down as well as the doors and locks and bathroom features because nothing was installed properly or properly constructed.

Do not move here!!!!
Horrible management. Garbage piled up in trash room, chute always clogged. Loud, club like parties in the community room until early hours in the morning. It’s like living in a fraternity house. If you value peace of mind where you live, do not move here!!! Be warned
