Very nice apartment, everything is in great condition and well maintained. The team was always friendly and helpful.

Jessica stayed in communication with me, always clarifying any doubts I had during the process. I felt at ease living here I definitely recommend it to others.

I moved here 3 months ago with my Mom and we both love it here. I hope it continues this way. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

I have the WORST experience here at this apartment complex.
For one: within the 2nd week of living here roaches began to appear and the exterminator methods DID NOTwork ( property manager lied about roaches) and now I’ve have to deal with a MAJOR roach issue.
Two: the building fire alarm sounds off randomly to the point it sounds off for hours overnight. Reached out to the property manager and little to nothing was done about it til this day.
Three: the windows in the apartment were old/broken… when first moving in and only the bedroom and patio door were fixed. I had to call the township for the other windows to be fixed due to the property manager refusing to fix them. Township stated it was a fire safety hazard however the property manager lied and said she will fix them but then stated she won’t anymore because they could “function” but she REFUSED to visit my apartment to even see the windows herself.
Four: The property manager is VERY unprofessional and chooses to give attitude when you ask multiple times for things to get fixed (and give smart remarks). She has lied in multiple situations related to my apartment and lacks communication skills. She has dis regard fire safety and the safety for my family.

This is the worse apartment experience I’ve had encountered. On move in day, the bedroom window and rear patio were damaged and had to be replaced. There’s a major ROACH situation. The building fire alarms sound off at random times (especially overnight). I’ve told maintenance and property manager and none of the progress was made (fire alarm issues for months). The property manager has poor communication skills and argued about not replacing the bathroom and kitchen windows (which I called the… township and made them change the windows which are still pending).
