Pay attention: STAY AWAY FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES! Unless you like living with mice and roaches, this is not the place for you. It is disgusting. This company is taking advantage of the residents with the outrageous increases in rent with nothing in return. Amenities? "Upgraded" unit. This companies idea of a "upgrade" is putting in a new average white stove in the kitchen. Upgrades mean SS appliances, microwaves, dishwashers, washer/dryer. Trust me when I say, STAY AWAY. It is a dump and it is... rodent infested. Oh, and the staff is a joke. I HATE it here and I cannot wait to get out. Save your money and go somewhere that is habitable.

Awesome Community
I've been living here for a while but it hasn't been until the last 2 years things have really improved. Glen Ellen has always been great but under Andrews management this is a different place. Rules are made and enforced. The property looks beautiful and he even had the dog park fixed for us dog owners! I highly recommend living here.

Glen Ellen
It seems like in the last year management has really stepped up their game. This has always been an awesome place to live but it seems as though things continue to improve. The dog park was inaccessible for a while and as soon as I brought it to Andrew attention it was completely redone. Maintenance is also great. Andrew and Ricardo are the absolute best. Highly recommend living here!
