The property manager is rude and hard to get a hold of. The "super", Steve, will make any excuse not to make repairs and when he finally decides to make an attempt he'll hire bargain bin workers that do a horrible job. The Heat is included, but you'll freeze in the winter since you have no control of the heat and they only provide the bare minimum allowed by... law. Steve has yelled at my neighbor when I was there and there is only one laundry room available. However, it always seem to need repairs and no one bother to clean it up.

Every single year for the past 10 years or so, the rent has increased by $100-$300 annually, expect that to continue. Heat is included, but you will freeze in the winter since they barely provide any reasonable level of heat (and control the temperature), yet it's never their fault. Getting any repairs done is like pulling teeth.
