Pros:
- Right by the beach, easy 5 minute walk to an area of the beach where tourists don't go
- Maintenance responds timely to requests, however, they don't always fix the problem
- Safe area
- Neighbors are relatively nice

Cons:
- Old and run down
- Because it is so old and run down, many many problems occur...for example, in the dead of winter the heat no long works for multiple days, also, leaking pipes that leave puddles of water on the floor
- Bug problem...there are always flies,... spiders, and ants even when we keep our apartment extremely clean
- Not only a bug problem, but mice are present...despite having an outside contractor come into our apartment and fill the holes, we once again have mice in our apartment
- Management is not helpful
- Paper thin walls, can hear neighbors pretty clearly
- Having wall to wall carpeting isn't as great as it seems when the carpet is old, disgusting, and has stains from previous people
- Half of the outlets in the wall don't work, half of the light switches don't work
- Parking is a nightmare to say the least...you get one spot even if you have multiple cars...if you do have more than one car you have to park on a nearby street and risk your car getting hit by someone like what ended up happening to us...as for the parking spot you do get in the lot, hopefully you do not have to park next to a moron who doesn't know how to park their car...also, just because you have assigned parking doesn't mean someone won't park in your spot, then you have to wait a while for the towing company to remove the car
- The laundry room is also a nightmare, the washer and dryers don't do their job whatsoever Read More
