Good Location, Bad Management.

The location is great, quiet neighborhood, family oriented residents. However, if there is something wrong with the apartment it takes weeks to months to get anything fixed and on multiple occasions I had to threaten rent money to repair it myself. When the issue finally gets fixed I am confronted with an aggressive repairman who is angry that I had to contact upper management to get anything resolved.

The apartments that are shown are the new apartments, in reality its about 60/40 old/new. The... apartments were rebuilt after sandy and look great, but are usually filled.
