We offer beautiful studio, one and two bedroom unfurnished apartments as well as a limited number of newly furnished one bedroom... apartments for either short or long term rentals. Located in a beautifully landscaped park-like setting, we offer new bathrooms, renovated kitchens, and central air conditioning. We also have a gorgeous pool(which may be closed this season due to COVID restrictions), BBQ area, and even a fish pond. We are a five minute walk to both train and bus to NYC, and near routes 17, 4, 59, NY State Thruway, and Garden State Parkway and 20 minutes from major Paramus shopping centers including Garden State Plaza, Paramus Park, and the Fashion Center.

Called about next availability of apartments and received “we don’t have anything available” and hung up. Treat your future tenants nicely its a basic

Don't bother looking

The property manager is nasty with no people skills. Unless you happen to walk in there on the day there is a new vacancy, they do not want to talk to you. There are better values in the area, so if you are looking should look elsewhere.

All applicants are treated courteously and... professionally. We encourage all of our potential residents to check out other available apartments in the area and come to their own conclusion as to which apartment complex is maintained the best and offers the best value for your dollar.
