Barrington Gardens is an apartment community in Matawan, NJ
I’ve lived here for the last 3 years. I am located in one of the updated units on the lower ground level. I never had an issue with anything other than mold which they took care of. I had two different set of tenants no issues no noise. Recently a younger couple moved in during a recent power outage at 1:00am on a weekday no power. Completely rude. Besides that they are so loud it sounds like a heard of elephants stomping around, they have had family and friends over every night since they moved... in, taking up all the parking spots, got a dog didnt tell anyone, leaves garage outside their door including dog poop bags. No one from the office had addressed our complaints. I am so disappointed. It’s making living here very irritating.

Beautiful grounds, comfortable living
I have loved living at Barrington Gardens! Silvia and Cassandra at the main office are personable, responsive, and accommodating. My renting experience has been wonderful as the apartments are very clean, updated, and spacious. My fiancé and our pets have truly made Barrington Gardens home. The grounds are also very clean and frequently serviced. I am very happy with my choice for Barrington gardens.

clean, comfortable, home
I have lived at Barrington Gardens for a little over a year and have loved it! I moved to NJ last year and Barrington truly provided the most "bang for your buck". We LOVED the updated kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom, Pet-friendly atmosphere, and well-kept grounds. This is a very clean, quiet, well-lit at night, and comfortable property. We were truly able to make it home and wouldn't want to rent anywhere else!

Barrington Gardens
new aparment complex , place is pretty clean. it is a pet friendly complex and i mean pet friendly as there are animals everywhere. doesn't have a weight limit and you can imagine the dogs all around. i see cats in windowns and bird cages as well. so if you are looking for a place to live and have a pet this is the place to be.

Pricey
Quiet area. I have lived here almost 10 yrs. Rooms nice size but rent includes nothing. All electric. You pay water as well. I have had no maintenance issues. There is a pool but you must pay for this as well. Laundry on site but a decent laundromat close by. Plenty of onsite parking. Within 20 mins of major highways, supermarkets & train station. As a single mom, I have always felt safe here.
