Matawan Station Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have had mold growing in my townhome for months. At first they told me if was dust and to wipe it off. Then they came back and said it was mold and they cleaned it off and applied a coating to the wall. In the living room they just painted over the mold with regular paint. I should have been given the chance to test the mold To see what type it is but never was try just came in and did a temporary fix. I have animals and a child and if I had know. Would have never put them in... this situation. David is rude who is the property manager. They blame all the problems on how old the building is when they should be fixing it. This is a small complex where the pride of ownership is obvious, it is also a very quiet complex. The neighborhood is safe, the neighbors are pleasant and respectful, and the mgmt is friendly. The area is very convenient to several major highways and the parkway. I have found this place to be quite comfortable and clean. Mgmt addresses complaints immediately and effectively.

Matawan station apartments is a great community to live in. It's located within walking distance of the train station and convenient stores. However, the community itself has no clubhouse facility or access to a playground/swimming pool for the kids.
