An Apartment Home Gem just outside of Medford a

Haynes Run was one of many choices for 1 bedroom Apartment Homes in Burlington & Camden County I looked at. Coming from Haddonfield I was hoping for more reliable delivery of the services you expect like Heating, AC, and Maintenance at a reasonable price.
Haynes Run has met and exceeded my expectations at every turn. Maintenance completed my 5 pre-checkin tasks in less than a week. While I don't have a designated parking space, I do have plenty of open angle parking with no parallel parking… spaces in sight. Thank you.

The rooms are much larger than my Haddonfield one bedroom allowing space to breathe and stretch out. The grounds are professionally landscaped which bring attraction and value to your property.

30 minutes to Philly , 2 hours to NYC and 45minues minutes to Jerseys Shore.
The beautiful bathroom and kitchen invite you in with a nice welcome touch.

I'm not sure how Haynes Run wound up with a 2.0 rating but anything short of a 5* is not doing the property justice. Please include this property in your search.

Don't live on the first floor.

The upstairs neighbors sound like a herd of elephants, the floor creaks so loudly it's nearly impossible to concentrate or tune it out. I have only slept here a few nights. I've already seen a roach in the kitchen and this was after a thorough cleaning upon moving in. I will definitely not renew.

Spend money else where

The only good thing about this complex is the apartment space. Do not move here. maintenance is slow and always report having an emergency coming up after giving you a time frame to come and complete repairs. They do not actually fix things, they do patch work. squirrels in the walls which they can’t seem to get under control and the front office isn’t any more of a help either. Residents walk their dogs and do not pick up after them. Windows and patio door let a lot of cold air in during the… winter due to poor insulation. Not worth reporting because they do not fix things. Can’t wait until lease is up

good place!

we moved here 10 months ago and our experience is good. have a playground and a bark park is really nice, the safety of the neighborhood and the school disctrict are unbeatable. the leasing office people are nice and ready to answer our questions and maintenance issues. utilities included and washer & Dryer in every unit is a plus.
