Spend your $ elsewhere

Cheapest owners, maybe imaginable, cry poor whenever they can (oh the property taxes are high on this place where we have 30+ units) and start projects that never get finished, parking lot has been a construction site for going on two years. Do not provide you with any information and nickel and dime you on everything.

Best apartment in NJ

I can’t speak highly enough about Claircliff apartments. The staff is so kind and helpful all the time. They are very accommodating. The have a new gym which is really nice and well kept. The apartments are new and very chic. It is a close walk into town with lots of restaurants. Whole Foods is also very close by. I love living here!

Bad management

- Management is awful. Repairs are unattended for months or never fixed and requires frequent reminders (oven stops working, window fell down, doors do not close, etc.)
- A recurring maintenance fee is charged and increases yearly.
- Rental payments are not secure (open mailbox with no lock).
- Walls are very thin and the neighbor’s conversations can be easily heard (even with TV / music on)
- Barely enough parking for all tenants on the premises. City disallows overnight street parking.
