Great place to live!

My apartment is absolutely great! This is an excellent property that is really quiet and the people are so friendly. The on site staff that lives and works here make me feel extremely safe and comfortable. I have been here for a year and just renewed for another! Plan on being a long term resident! Thank you Pleasant Valley for everything you do!

Great complex

this apartment complex stands out above the rest because the maintenance staff is awesome, always accommodating and understanding. the office staff is always helpful and always willing to explain anything that i may not understand. i definitely recommend moving here.

Love living here!!!

I absolutely love living here! The office staff is great and the maintenance supervisor and area supervisor are always so quick to respond to any issues I may have! This property is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors are always very friendly. The landscape looks great! I couldn’t love this property more!! Glad I moved here!!
