Great Apartment and Location

I have lived here since 1998 and only have good things to say about it. The building is clean, neat, well maintained as well as aesthetically pleasing. During the winter, the parking lot is cleaned as soon as possible, along with the sidewalks and walkways. The management keeps abreast of the building conditions to make sure that everything is taken care of and running smoothly. The building supervisor and maintenance team are quick to respond to anything that needs to be done and definitely… exceed expectations. A big plus is that this is a quiet street in a location that is walkable to almost everything in Morristown.

Great apartment and great area!

Living at this apartment in Morristown has been a wonderful experience! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk away from the best restaurants and shops in town. Plus, being within walking distance of the Morristown station makes commuting to NYC incredibly easy.
The building itself is excellently maintained. We lived in a newly renovated apartment which was large and sunny, and overlooked the beautifully maintained grounds. The staff and maintenance workers are friendly, professional, and… always handle any issues in a timely manner. We felt very secure here; both the building and the surrounding neighborhood are very safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and high-quality living experience in Morristown!

Great place to live!

My friend and I lived here for 2.5 years and we loved it! The location is great. The apartment was a great size/updated, the grounds were always kept clean, laundry was newly updated, mail/packages were secure, and maintenance was always a call away if ever needed! We will miss living here!

Great apartment in Morristown

I lived in a renovated apartment so it was very comfortable. Perks are the utilities included except electric and internet. I paid additionally for a garage. Maintenance is prompt. Very safe location especially for a single woman. Prime location close to NJ Transit and other downtown restaurants. Good club room and laundry on site has good machines. Secure mail/post.

Huge Apartment, Great Location

The building is great, and I would’ve stayed longer if I didn’t need to move for work. The building is tucked away on a quiet side road, but it’s also within walking distance to the train station/downtown.

My apartment was big compared to what you’d typically find in Morristown. Parking is easy (and there are free options too). The laundry room is clean and updated as well. Absolutely zero complaints.
