Excellent renting experience at Lafayette Court!

Lafayette Court was a great place for my wife and me to live. The community is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the location makes it easy to enjoy everything Morristown has to offer. We especially appreciated how responsive and professional the maintenance and management teams were whenever anything came up.

The apartment itself was comfortable and well kept, and overall it was a very positive renting experience from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend Lafayette Court to… anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Awesome place, Laundry in Unit!

Great place to live in Morristown! One bedroom apartments get one space in the garage, and there is plenty of parking out front if you are the unlucky one that didn’t get the garage spot. The one bedrooms are the biggest I’ve seen in Morristown. THERE IS LAUNDRY IN UNIT, ignore the hookups only advertisement, there are full washers and dryers in unit. This is the only place that doesn’t share laundry with the entire floor or building, and I can’t tell you how much of a difference it makes.… Kitchen is huge with lots of counter space and cabinets. Living room/ dining room is plenty big for counches, hairs and tables. Walking distance to south street and the train to NYC. Can’t beat it for the price.
