Horrible
Apartment layout and design is the only thing keeping the lights on at this place. Management is extremely poor. If you have an EV don’t even bother looking at this place. For all the buildings there are on only 4 chargers. Which wouldn’t be the worst but due to a design flaw when they were put in only one charger can be used at a time. So basically only two cars can charge on the property at the same time. This was never disclosed on the tour and then after having charging issues I talked to... management about it they made it seem it was common knowledge they didn’t work. If you have a problem you will need to chase management down to get an answer. Then the solution will take even longer. Maintenance is also amazing but if I could go back and do it again I would not rent here.
