It's all lies

18 yr resident and it's just gotten worse. Still here because the town and school district. Pictures are just for show because residents are not allowed in clubhouse it's been locked for years. Also the laundry room is a frat house it's gross. Big mildew issue in a lot of apartments. Constant turn over of maintenance and management. I could go on and on there's no room.

Some buildings better than others, Not what it used to be.

I've been here since this place opened and as the years go on it just gets more trashy and trashy here. Literally the trash builds up at the dumpsters, people are too lazy to lift up the cover to put the trash in. People don't watch their kids anymore. It makes no sense why kids are running around being loud, leaving trash on the ground. People don't pick up their pets poop. If you can goto the 100-500 & 900-1000 buildings those are good neighbors who mind their business but if you need help… they are there. Avoid: 600-800. That's where most the bad kids and noise mainly are but they like spreading off into other people's area . The town itself is great. The maintenance office could do a better job fixing things in peoples homes. The area has the best schools, close to highways and hospital, amish market, shoprite, The park up the street etc. There is a bus stop at the shopping center a block away. If you're a people person and don't mind sharing space this is a nice affordable place to come to in a great town. If you get annoyed easily don't goto those buildings I mentioned, you will be fine in the other ones though. With that said, its safer here than majority of the towns in the area. You never have to worry about walking around whether its day or night. Its next to a shopping center & senior citizens development. Spring Mill is a great short term spot to live in til your next home.

Noisy

Really nice apartment complex but the neighbors don’t watch their kids and they run around and make lots of noise until way after dark. I can’t even decorate because the kids seem to think they can help themselves to my stoop and hang out on it. One of them even scrapped dog poop on it! I also received a crack in my windshield because they let kids play with footballs and basketball hoops on the sidewalks in front of my bedroom window and front door/livingroom. The people that live here have no… consideration for others. If I knew this I would have never moved here.
