NETCONG HEIGHTS

1 bedroom is spacious enough for 1 person. It’s very outdated. Looks like 70’s 80’s inside. The air conditioner in the living room is very old so it’s very loud. There’s no temperature control. So in the winter you’re either freezing or hot. The forced air for heat got me sick every year. The community when you come in looks very nice on the outside. Washers & dryers were always breaking & id wind up losing money on them. The woman at the leasing office were very nice though.

They keep increasing rent the stove do not work because is old and the dishwasher, they need to be change, all the appliances is garbage, broken pipes that they never fixed. The stoves are really bad.

The staff here is incredibly kind, helpful, flexible, genuine, and understanding. Mary is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. We are truly appreciative of the staff's selflessness, generosity, and ability to work with us. We highly recommend Netcong Heights!

I lived at Netcong Heights for 5 years and have only positive things to say. Our apartment was airy, had sunlight all day, lots of closet space and a living room with a big sliding door leading to a balcony. The rent is very low compared to other areas and includes heat and water. Plenty of parking always available. The office staff very polite and professional, Mary is amazing and so is the maintenance team. The area is perfect. It is quiet and friendly but so close to major highways.We loved… Netcong with the picturesque lake and will also miss the fireworks in the summer which we enjoyed from the apartment! Also, there are supermarkets and many stores close by. Finally, our neighbors were all lovely and friendly people. Read More
