Landlord does not have common sense

Lived in that building for about 3 years. New landlord had every tenant pay about $125 for a plumbing problem that was not my fault. The tenants next door have about 4 kids who would flush toys in the toilet !!! For some reason the landlord had me pay for that...twice!!!! The landlord does not know how to manage the place. The worst thing was that nobody paid those $125 plumber fees only me! If only she knew what the other tenants do in their apartments and how overcrowded they are ha!
