Tov Manor

Don't move here if you can help it. I'll start by saying that all the staff we personally interacted with were fantastic. The maintenance crew and office worker were kind and helpful without fail. However, the apartment is atrociously maintained. Our baseboards weren't sealed so we were constantly getting extra dust from downstairs. Our floors were uneven and clearly lacquered over multiple times. The outlets were painted over, which is a fire hazard. The air conditioning unit was in the living… room and positioned so that it was impossible to get the cooling throughout the apartment without a Legend of Zelda dungeon style set up of fans. We left our new address to get our security deposit back, and when we hadn't gotten it almost two months after moving out, I sent an email only to find out that it had been returned by USPS and I had to go pick it up. I wasn't made aware of this until I reached out. When I picked up the deposit, the address was VERY wrong. We're talking additional numbers and a different street entirely. Do not move here. Management do not care about maintenance. My kitchen and bathroom were falling apart, and they refuse to update them. There were lots of mouse and cockroaches throughout the apartment. Just disgusting. Worst customer service.

I currently live here and these people don’t know how to do business. They are liars and expect you to have 2 people working and providing to prove to live there but won’t let you keep two cars there like people even really take busses to work. This place is a JOKE
