Greedy Management with Little Regard for Tenants
When moving out, don’t expect to get your full security deposit back. They conduct overly strict inspections and will charge for even the smallest imperfections, like scuffs or scratches on the floor, resulting in little to no reimbursement, no matter the condition of the property.
The property is managed by Jason, who has a condescending attitude. He’s only polite when senior leaders are around. The front office door is always locked, even when he’s inside, which is rare.
While living here,... you’ll have to deal with extremely noisy neighbors, extremely thin walls (you can hear everything, including snoring at night), pet waste everywhere, low water pressure (because of the pond), and flickering lights. The ducks in the courtyard are also a problem; they’re always in the street, making it hard to drive, and they leave droppings all over, making the area unpleasant to use.
Expect to pay an extra $300 on top of your rent in the winter because of extremely high electric bills from the baseboard heating. Management doesn’t tell you about this little extra cost.
Since the drowning in their pond in 2022, the place feels off, and it’s not a great place to live. I wouldn’t recommend it.
