Cold weather with LOW HEAT and intermittent hot water

Since the owner changed, the amenity quality decreased too. Current cold weather with LOW HEAT system, not worth it.

Great place to live!

When the time came to look for a new apartment I heard so many horror stories about property management companies and managers. The Murray Hill Apartments feature the opposite of all that. Tuli Reality was always extremely responsive and took action whenever something was needed. In addition the onsite team of Mike and his guys couldn't have been more nice, understanding, and responsive whenever there was an issue. The apartments are located in a great suburban neighborhood with NJ Transit… trains to NYC right across the street.

Bedbugs in the apartments- Beware

Property Management was not very responsive and it's been weeks since it was reported. No extermination has occurred yet....

No value for higer rent and worst Management ever seen

1) Recent Management did not clean snow in last winter even there was only single storm.
2) When tenant vacate apartment, management reimburse all cleaning and painting cost from previous tenant.. no matter how well you clean and maintain 60 year old apartment. Management charged me $500 after I vacate apartment the way I received from previous management - Segal and Segal. I heard the same story for other 5-6 tenants who vacated after March 2016.
3) Heat and hot-water is major issue if… apartment is far from boiler room and uphill side on Southgate road
4) Maintenance is worst.
5) Very costly and no washer and dryer in unit.

Great Super, Convenient Location

My wife and I rented a two bed unit in this complex for two years. New Providence is a great little town and if that isn't enough, Summit and Morristown are very close. Mike, the super, was always around to fix/address any issues we had. I worked from home occasionally and there were always maintenance personnel (and Mike) around if you needed their services. After living in other complexes were it would take weeks to have anything addressed, this complex was a refreshing change! I really… can't say enough nice things about Mike. Overall, it was a great experience.

The only (minor) downside was parking. Generally not a problem but I would recommend a garage if you plan on staying out later (past 8 or so) on a regular basis.
