I've been living at my address for over 3yrs now. I a very good tenant and my apt is very well kept, but when I notify management to do some repairs I get no response. Instead of them fixing the place up correctly they do quick fix it up jobs but the issues never go away. If I were to win this prize I could be able to move to a better unit. Its tough out here when ur single trying to maintain but its all worth it. I believe anything is possible if you put forth the effort and thats exactly what... I am doing.
