The building from the outside looks rather nice however in the inside its rather the total opposite. The apartments are badly proportioned and the owners do a horrible job at keeping everything clean and well maintain. The neighbors within the building are humble and nice people, they don't bother at all and are always willing to help out if the need arises. The neighborhood outside the building is also calm and enjoyable. There is a close proximity to a lot of historical places in Newark New... Jersey as well as New York City. In addition to close proximity to Rutgers-Newark and the Newark-Penn station. The only real problem that exist from living in this building is the poor maintenance of the building itself. Read More
