Run

The guy Jeffrey contacted me saying a 1 bedroom was available now and all I needed was my proof of income…after sending him documents I haven’t heard back from him and it’s been months now. The building is not worth living in .miserable Ppl hang out in front all day and make noise . Rats . Noises and ppl hanging in halls

Garbage

This place is straight up trash. The amount of outside residents allowed to just hang out on the property being loud, obnoxious, annoying and rude is just embarrassing. Security is afraid of them. They do NOTHING!

Poor living conditions

The apartment is really nice; nice floors, good paint job, lots of closets, spacious living room. The hallways are nice and clean as well.

The problem here are the living conditions. I didn't listen to the other reviews and thought I could live with the noise. I regret it and now I'm stuck with this lease. I've been here for a few months and according to the other residents they say it gets better when it's cold outside. Maybe that will make it livable until I leave. It's constantly noisy… everywhere at all times, day and night. It's such an inconvenience to me. My job is really early.

Please read the reviews and reconsider moving here. I HIGHLY regret it.

The apartment is nice.

Pros: The apartments are really nice. They are spacious, affordable, and clean. Hallways kept clean.

Cons: The apartments are clean BUT they smell bad. Smoke smells ?? Garbage smells ?? cat litter smells ?? weed smells ??. People do drugs in their apartments and it goes into the other apartments. It's terrible! People hang out right in the front of the building blocking the doorways. No safety/security measures taken. Anyone is allowed on the premises. A LOT of noise; yelling, screaming, music… blasting etc. especially right outside of 195 1st Street. Pet poop all over the sidewalks. Garbage all over parking lot on the weekends. Management is slow with paperwork. Management does not follow lease rules for example, the NO PET rule yet barking and poop everywhere.

Overall, this is a temporary solution for me. It's a shame too because I like my apartment a lot but there's not enough to keep me here.
