2 Bed room spacious Apartment with high cellings
The apartment is located in the weequahuc section of Newark , Nj , in the South Ward, near beautiful Weequahic Park , that has a soft turf track around a awesome lake view length of lake 2.3/4 miles.
The Apartment is in the 5th, floor with beautiful view of Park , one bathroom , Kitchen able to put a table in , spacious living room, clean safe building, well kept , with laundry facilities on site in basement were apartmens are located. Pay own electric . Stove gas, refrigerator, heat , hot... water included in rent.
Building has afordable housing units and market rate units .accessible to bus and trains to tru state area.
Landlords are Alpert and Alpert who have been great landlords.
Been in my unit 15 YEARS. THEY R CONSTANTLY RENTING AND HAVE A WAITING LIST !!!! RESIDENTS IN BUILDING FRIENDLY AND CARING. WORTH YOUR TIME !!!
