Maintenance Takes Forever
Maintenance is handled in an online portal, but requests take a long time to resolve. The maintenance team is overloaded and not managed well. A headache to deal with when you are paying premium prices in Newark. There are also only around 12 parking spots for the entire building. Not feasible for an apartment with 15 floors... Would not recommend, you could find a better deal around the area.
