MICE ALL OVER BUILDING DO NOT RENT!!!!!
THIS PLACE IS BAD . DO NOT RENT HERE . THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE BUILDING. THE ELEVATOR BREAKS DOWN EVERY OTHER DAY. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT FIX. THERE ARE BUMS SLEEPING IN THE HALLWAYS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND THE BUILDING FRONT DOOR IS BROKEN AND THERE ARE NO CAMERAS. ITS SO BAD UPS AND FEDEX WILL NOT DELIVER BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN ROBBED IN THE PAST. SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!! TRUST ME

Not worth it
It's real bad the area is horrible apartments are Infested with bugs and mice there trying to fix it but if you think it's cheaper remember you get exactly what you pay for a big apartment Infested with mice in the baseboards or the radiators very scary 5 mice on 1 trap they never stop coming...just please don't waste your money

Modern living in the heart of Newark, NJ.
My apartment building is an excellent place to live. it is conveniently located near schools (across the street from North Star Charter School), hospitals, shopping, and public transportation. The rental units include spacious floor plans, modern appliances, and great NYC views. Tenant controlled utilities which is a plus. There is on-site parking and on-site laundry making Osborne Terrace one of the most convenient luxury apartment buildings in Newark, NJ.
