A DISGRACE!!!
This building is the absolute WORST!!!! All day/ night ppl are in and out, I don't see the point of having security because they don't secure a thing but that desk, un-welcome people come in when others use their ID card or get let in through the side doors, and something needs to be done. And the drug activity is ridiculous and being done right in the front of the building and inside, not to mention during office hours.
Maintenance playing Management or (males)just all out creepy lurking... around.

Slums
This apartment is filled with drugs and drunk people all day. Everyday there is some one being carried in ambulance. It is conveniently located by the train station, laundry mat and shopping center. And the fire alarm goes off 6 out of 7 days a week. It's very loud and disturbing.
