Not for long term or any term

12+ year tenant

- you’ll love the big windows, when it rains, your apartment gets water too!
- the contractors are paid to do the” best” patch jobs ever. It’s as if they specialize in ONLY patch work
- you’ll absolutely love the water shutting off randomly without notice. Had a hot summer day? Guess what?! No water! Yeeey
- the thousands of black spots on the wall and ceiling in the bathroom are the best aesthetic. If you want something different and just tell management and the’ll have the... contractors put 23rd coat of paint over them! So accommodating.
- these apartments are so luxurious that even the elevator is super fancy! It shuts down every now then to preserve energy!
- you’re friends will see how far you’ve come once they see your brown water from 60+year young pipes, beautiful peeling walls and that one “walk in closet”
