Residents' names on display

We waited outside for 30+ minutes for the broker to show up only for her to tell us she was at the wrong building and is another 30 minutes away. There was no communication about them running late until after we had waited and reached out. Even then, the estimates on arrival she gave were wrong each of the three times.

Aside from the broker, there was NO receptionist in the building. When we rang the bell, it would ring once or twice and then end the call. There was no one in the lobby or any… where else in the building. On the same device that we used to ring the concierge, we noticed we can see all of the residents names instead of apartment number. It is extremely unsafe to display the names of residents instead of apartment number.

Between no concierge, resident names being readily available, and the poor service from the broker.. This property does not seem all that great.
