Building management is terrible. The building hallways are always filthy, the elevator shakes, the doors to the buildings are often broken and smoking marijuana and cigarettes is allowed outside and inside the building. People don’t pick up after their dogs and spit gum out in front of the building. The list goes on. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic complex. There's a reason why not many units are ever available to rent here. The building appears to be constructed well. The grounds are meticulously kept. Maintenance is fantastic. Maintenance personnel promptly arrive to address any issues you might have with the apartment. Since the complex is set back from the main roads, the units are incredibly quiet, sometimes too quiet. The mailboxes are located inside the building, which makes getting packages and mail very, very convenient.... I never had any issue receiving any packages. The only times I had problems was due to sellers scamming or delivery personnel delivering to the wrong address. The tenants are nice and respectful of others. Parking is very convenient and plentiful. As for internet, FiOS and Optimum are available, I HIGHLY recommend getting FiOS. Washer and dryer are in the unit, so doing laundry is about as convenient as it can get without paying for a service. Bedrooms are a nice size with walk-in closets, bathrooms are nice, but more on the basic size, yet very functional. Highly recommended.
