No heat in the winter
No heat in the winter time!!! Get ready to buy space heaters if you live here. This is beyond illegal and choose enforcer will be called.

Who Wouldn't Want To Live Here
In the burbs, but close to mass transit, so you can fly into NYC for work, or for a Broadway play. Wanna shop, eat out, step out to the movies? The apartment building is close to malls, eateries, and AMC. And do ya need a hair dresser or nails done? Well, you're in like Flynn, if you need those. The apartment itself has modern appliances, a laundry facility, a manicured property with great parking spaces, close to your front door. The absolutely most valued feature, from a female's point of... view, are the closets. Four double closets, plus a linen and coat closet. Can't help but to brag about that. Been here over twenty years and won't move - because I'll never find an apartment with more closets.
