Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. The primary guest must be 25+ years old and personally occupy the property for the full stay. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee, which is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary/guest-initiated cancellation. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area, and may record audio & video footage 24/7. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.
