This property is filthy and the property manager doesn't care at all. Rent gets raised every year. The hallway is crawling with ants and rats, where they have to call pest control every week just for them to do nothing at all. The super can't seem to fix anything and makes everything worse. We've had a leaky bathroom for 2 months and now there's a hole in the ceiling exposing the upstairs neighbor's pipes that's constantly leaking into our tub. I got a one bed room heat and hit water included,it's not a bad apartment,location is not bad.bed room is a little small though and not a lot of closet space.living area of a good size.u have shopping areas and store all around and a great park not too far from the apartment.the area is not noisy or too busy.all in all a good spot
