**Honest Resident Experience**

Outside of the positive experience with Faith and the maintenance team, my overall experience with the building has been disappointing. There are ongoing concerns regarding communication, customer service, security, and building maintenance.

Management often fails to provide tenants with important information, which can make it difficult for residents to access critical updates and fully understand issues affecting the building. Additionally, interactions with… the leasing office have frequently been unpleasant, with staff sometimes responding as though residents are an inconvenience rather than valued tenants.

The parking garage door has also experienced repeated issues, and there are ongoing problems with tenants allowing guests to park in assigned spaces, which creates unnecessary frustration for residents who pay for those spaces.

Another significant concern is the lack of a consistent concierge or security presence. The building's main entrance is frequently left unsecured at night, including situations where individuals who do not appear to be residents are able to enter or remain around the building. This raises legitimate safety and security concerns for residents.

Overall, while Faith and the maintenance team have been helpful, the building would benefit greatly from improved communication, professionalism from the leasing office, better enforcement of parking policies, and stronger security measures.
