Interesting Experience

First and foremost, the layout and size of the apartment for the price is great. With that, all kinds of tenants are attracted. No matter what the management does, roaches and other bugs/pests and haphazard maintenance end up part of your life here. I lived here because it’s what I could afford. It’s really more on the tenants who lived in proximity to you than the management. I had some great neighbors and some not so great ones. Some dirty and others loud! Also, don’t let the rental office… fool you! The apartments haven’t been updated since the 60s. For me, I could care less, but no dishwashers or in apt laundry allowed, even if you pay for them. You get what you pay for I guess. Nicely enough, the water and heat were free.

Very bad, the apartment is not clean and full of cockroaches and insects

Dirty, moldy apartments, cheap management

Don’t move here. They charge us for property taxes every year when we don’t own the apartments. They increase rent every year but don’t see any renovations or improvements done to the properties, buildings look extremely dirty, with black molds all around. Management is also very rude. Nothing special

GERMAN ROCHES EVERYWHERE

extremely poor management, garmen Roches lives with you as a tenant. ground floor adds mice issue to that too. no one maintains. no such thing as super.

Love it.

Clean, prompt maintenance , nice office staff. Huge layouts lots of closet space. Just needs updating. The pop corn paint and 1910 bathroom tiles and mirror. And the 1910 windows are impossible to clean.
