Super convenient, very responsive property managers

No complaints here. I stayed for less than a year, and it was great. The location is close to everything, and the property managers are very responsive which is one of my top considerations for rental places.

Overall it’s a good property

Pros:
-Well maintained property
-Jose (property manager) is very quick to resolve any issues.
-Great location with CVS, Wholefoods and shopping mall nearby.
-Very safe location too

Cons:
-The walls are pretty thin, I could hear every step of my neighbor upstairs.

Excellent Choice...!!!

The apartment is highly recommended. Very convenient for getting Lakeland bus to New York. Maintenance is quick and good. The complex is quite open. Whole foods is just across the street.

Easy rental process and great staff on site

I called the Superintendent on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. He got back to me first thing Monday morning. I quickly scheduled a visit to the apartments and was happy with the rent amount and impressed by the good condition of apartments when handed over to new tenants. By the end of the week I was signing the lease. It was a very smooth and stress free process.

The apartment is just what I needed, close to everything, affordable washer and dryers, pool, plenty of parking, 2 air… conditioning units, hardwood floors etc.

I only wish I had a dishwasher. Other than that I am very content!
