The Towers at Passaic Park

This building has worst management even worst word is small for them and if you talk about maintenance then wait at least 3 months for any complaints even on urgent base, this is old building so there are some problems comes in every month, and there are some apartments that never be rented, apartments on top floor is not insulated and there is lot of noise from cooling unit which is just above to top floor.

They know of this problem and don’t try to find solutions. Regret moving here. Don’t make the mistake I made. Displays itself like luxury building but can’t be luxury if there are roaches everywhere including laundry room folding table.

Nice location but they have a huge problem with roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Management is fully aware of this situation but the company that they use to exterminate is not enough due to the extent of the infestation.

If you can put up with things (elevator, washer/dryer, A/C Heat unit, clogging, warm water, kitchen appliances) breaking systematically once in max 10 days (not all of the ones I mentioned together but taking their turns to break one after another) then go ahead, pay hefty rents and deal with the annoyances & frustrations. Tenants are nice and friendly and so are the property maintenance people including doorman. But if management does not like to timely replace several year old items instead… of temporary patching/repairing them, the maintenance crew cannot help it other than taking your complain and fixing it. Worst experience has been with constantly breaking elevators which at times have gone unrepaired for 2-3 weeks to a month with frustrated tenants somehow patiently managing with the only second elevator. Hope the management/owners take up these complains seriously and make the living experience of existing tenant pleasant before putting up rental ads for vacant units. Read More
