Redwood Village

I have lived in these apartments going on to four years. The first few years everything was great. I had no complaints at all. But since the owner passed away and his children took over it is a nightmare living here. I can't wait for my lease to be over. They switched management agencies which now it is Templer Associates of NJ. They are suppose to be available from 10am to 3pm I have attempted and left several voicemails and no one calls me back. So good luck reaching anyone at the office if... you need anything. The super is the best. Prior if there were any issues you can ask the super and the super would come to your apartment or send someone almost immediately to fix it, you would just have to sign a maintenance form. Now you have to contact Templer Associates and request it but you can never reach anyone. The one time I contacted Templer Associates a female answered (Marcia) who was extremely rude. I told her of the mice infestation and she basically gave me the number to the exterminator and told me to call. The mice/rats infestation is horrendous! There apartament are very nice and clean. Once you walk in it feels super cozy. It's really quiet and everyone is nice: never had a problem. I really recommend these apartments!
