Demolish it
This place should be demolished as many building in the area. In the recent years they have renovated many apartments into two bedroom apartments but the foundation of this building is deteriorating. The maintenance is horrible, they do not have 24 hour maintenance available in case of emergencies. There is no sense of urgency to fix anything in this building but to collect your rent, they don’t hesitate. The elevator is a nightmare, the hallways floor and rug is disgusting. Parking space and... garage space pricing is absorb for such an awful place. Stay away from this place. This place deserves 0 stars.

Complaint
This building does not look anything like the bldg in your advertisement. The grass is extremely high, trash is everywhere. I'm surprised if the city doesn't site this location as inhabital. This location is an embarassment, and it sits on a main street!!!! Disgusting!!!!!
