Guys no joke it’s so bad there. They have very bad management and will likely not fix a thing if you call or will blow you off until you give up! It’s cheap for a reason trust me

This property is terribly managed, they have mice. Parking is a huge issues. You are not allowed any guests as cars will be towed. They do not fix anything. They turn off the heat as soon as it's officially spring. It has been 36 degrees with no heat. The rent is now just as expensive as the surrounding luxury apartments eventhough these are very old and have not been updated. The property is also poorly maintained on the outside with plenty of garbage. You will not be able to get intoch with... anyone in the office. You can however submit a ticket and you will receive an auto response but they will take a long time before they attempt to actually fix anything. This building had been sold 2-3 times since 2020 and is now being ran by Pentaurus properties. Please note Plainfield has a terrible school system. This apartment complex has SO many issues that it's not ever worth renting. There are issues such as having multiple bug and rodent problems which have been reported to one of the people in charge, Mario, but nothing gets done. Multiple reports have been made to the office and nothing gets done. We have been living here for a few years now and there has always been issues. However, for the past 2 years now while renting our apartment. There has been an on going issue with mice and all sorts of... bugs. We call the office and super all the time but they do nothing but hire cheap exterminators that apparently spray the place it doesn't do anything.
