This was the first apartment my fiancé and I looked into. At a first glance from outside I thought "meh... Looks ok." After researching various houses and apartments from other areas, a few months later we decided this was the one for us. Overall it is nice and quiet. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and easy to get along with, the area is very convenient, close to stores, restaurants, malls, trains, etc. One of the most important good qualities is the landlords are outstanding with... maintenance. They constantly upkeep the landscape and are very responsive to any issues you might have (which we haven't really had any except a loose faucet). I even locked myself out of the apartment by accident once and the landlord offered me access to his lockbox in our basement (which is protected by a key code) to borrow the master key. By far one of the nicest people I've met. The basement is shared with one other tenant and we never have issues. The basement is split in two sections so we have plenty of space to ourselves along with our washer and drier. Overall the apartment has not given us any issues as far as utilities or anything. It is always comfortable for me and my fiancé, and is enough size to comfortably have a few people over and not feel crammed.
