I’ve been living at Metro Rahway since 2022, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The management team truly makes all the difference.

Lisa, the property manager, is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any questions or concerns we’ve had over the years have been handled promptly and thoughtfully.

A huge shoutout as well to the supers, Gerald and Manny. They are incredibly quick to address maintenance requests and always follow through. It’s reassuring... to know that if something comes up, it’ll be taken care of efficiently and with care.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle from this complex. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He responded to any of my texts in a timely manner.

In February, I made the move from Jersey City to Rahway for work. Being close to the train station is important to me. After spending a couple days touring all of the buildings within a ~10 minute walk of the train station, the Metro was an easy choice. I toured with Kyle who mentioned features that were important to me: central hvac, condo-like construction and sound insulation, recently updated finishes/flooring. Lisa made the transition quick and easy. She is always quick to respond to any... questions I have. She and Gerald have quickly addressed even minor maintenance requests. There are newer buildings with more amenities within walking distance of the train station but the Metro immediately stood out to me as having a quiet atmosphere, comfortable units, and an attentive staff. Great place to live! Been living here since the building opened. Recently renovated so clean and very well maintained.
Smoke free building which I love. Lisa in Management is always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance team are also great!

Smoke time!!! It’s perfect for smokers and I’m talking about any kind of smoke. It’s welcomed in your unit, stairwell, gym and any of the community areas. Befriend the building manager so you become untouchable.
