Stone Bridge at Raritan is an apartment community in Raritan, NJ
Not a safe place to live. The gated community is a joke because it is always broken. The value for money is not worth it and is the most overpriced rentals in the area. Not well maintained buildings and up keep like the HVAC or Heat. The heating bills are well over $300 a month for townhomes because the windows are not insulated and the HVAC systems are all unbalanced. The Pool is sometime open --sometime not depending on whether they can get a lifeguard there ---it is a joke with how this... place is managed. If you want to talk to someone who can actually answer your question or fix your rent bill good luck with that as well. It is owned by a conglomerate who could care less about you once you sign the lease and never responds.

Fantastic apartments and very responsive management!
We have lived at Stonebridge for 2 years. It is an excellent community with plush apartments!! Very close to businesses, shopping and dining. New apartments, ample parking, well quipped fitness center, play areas for kids, well maintained pool with an on-board life guard and very responsive management... You can't go wrong with it.

Speedy Response
Ive been a tenant at Stonebridge for almost 3 years now. I had a issue with my gate / entry pod. It broke and the same day I took it into the office for replacement I recvd a brand new one within minutes. Thank you Dawn for your speedy response and assistance. To Dave and Edison kudos for always helping me out also!!!

Friendly staff
Thank you to all the staff in Stone Bridge in Raritan for the warm welcome. They are very helpful and accommodating. I had a car trouble and one phone call to the leasing office solved my problem. It's not in the contract that they have to maintain my car, but their commitment to all tenants is unbelievable. Thank you Management Team for making me feel great about my decision to be here in Bridge Stone. "People make difference in people life"

Stone Bridge at Raritan
Our moving experience with Stone Bridge has been phenomenal. Everyone there was super friendly and always accommodating. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and the friendly and inviting environment makes it comforting for me and safe for my child. The apartment itself is lovely and everything looked brand new when we moved in.
