Invasion of privacy

Management opening mail. Maintenance comes in apartments when not home. Never fix anything! Nice apartments but not WORTH THE HEADACHES

Over price

These places are so expensive.The hallways constantly smell like hot old cabbage. They are always doing home checks or apartment checks because people are smoking. Our Neighbors seem nice , but now packages are being stolen.The front employee started off being nice but then turned really mean. They take no accountability for mistakes they've made. I'm not sure what super luxury about the apartments besides some of them having two bathrooms. But parking is horrendous usually end up having the... park at the train tracks. It's an o k place to live in a nice building in not so nice area. I just don't think it's worth the price.

great place to live

Like any apartment complex there are pros and cons but overall it’s a great place to live. Comfortable, spacious and quiet for the most part. Neighbors are friendly and the staff are really respectful, professional and easy to work with .

just recently moved in and the transition was very smooth for me. Very spacious and neighbors are quiet and some I have encountered was very friendly.

LOVE IT

Quiet & Peaceful!
My wife and I moved in about a month ago and we love it so far!
Very spacious, newly
apartment. All friends and family that have visited love it. The neighborhood for the most part is quiet and peaceful. Management and maintenance are very responsive and helpful.
