Nice area but unprofessional staff.

I went 3-4 times but the staff is unprofessional. It looks like they do NOT want to rent. I called and sent email no response. I have never seen careless staff like him.

Nice area and all but walls too thin

You can hear everything in these units, outdated!They need new baseboards, they creek with every step. Whatever you do, don't pick a unit on 1st floor , you'll regret it. The grounds are well kept but the hallways and windows in the hallways haven't been cleaned or
painted in years.

Okay

Nice area, but there's a bug issue in the summer. Their staff is rude. Also, beware that you WILL NOT get your whole security deposit back whether or not you left the place flawless. They charge a $350 repainting fee if you stay for less than 3 years, which they deduct from your security deposit.

Lovely Area!

I love my apartment, partially just because of where it is located! I live right off of most major highways, but it is a nice quiet location, mostly away from traffic.
Also, the area is nice and safe and with in the Robbinsvile School District, on of the best in the state!

GREAT Location

I have lived in Sharon Arms for a year now. The monthly rent is a little higher that I would like, however, I know that I am paying for location. It is in a great location! I am very near to many major central Jersey roads, including The GSP, Turnpike, 195/206/95/295 & 130. Also, the neighborhood is really, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by woods and a quiet country road!
